Job Description

  • Acquisition and Leasing of Properties.
  • Professional and continuous Client Support.
  • Implementation of Sales and Marketing activities.
  • Full property leasing process from listing to handover.
  • Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM.
  • Complete all necessary documentation associated with leasing property including preparation and execution of contract and advertising materials.
  • Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and keeping updated with latest local property market information and laws.
  • Abiding by RERA Laws and Codes of Ethics.
  • Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments.
  • To maintain a high professional profile at all times with smart business dress code.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in real estate and conducting transactions in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication skills within English. Second language is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access.
  • Own car and UAE Driving license
